Thunder’s annual xmas party at the Roundhouse, where they were joined by Scott Gorham and Andy Taylor, a snow machine and an array of wobbling, giant inflatable Santas, elves and reindeer.

Wednesday 19th December
Def Leppard closed the 2018 leg of the ‘Hysteria’ anniversary tour at Wembley.
A night of bombast, joy and celebration… I loved it.
Saturday 15th December
Heep played Shepherd’s Bush Empire and days after revealing an incurable cancer diagnosis they are joined by Lee Kerslake. Not a dry eye in the house.
Friday 14th December
Classic Rock magazine celebrated its 20th anniversary.
As a co-founder I’m unbelievably proud of my involvement in this great title.
Sunday 9th December
Nightwish brought fire, pomp and brilliance to Wembley Area.
Tuesday 4th December
I interviewed James LaBrie and John Petrucci about Dream Theater’s 'Distance Over Time'.
It's hard to believe that I've known these two fellas for more than a quarter of a century!
Monday 3rd December
The Wildhearts revisited 'Earth Vs The Wildhearts' and they put us in the Royal Box, no less!
Sunday 2nd December
Palace thrashed Burnley at Selhurst.
